Theatre Patron Information & Guidelines


Companion Seating
Patrons purchasing accessible seating are welcome to purchase up to three companion seats in the same row if availability exists. All efforts will be made to place accessible tickets and companion tickets next to each other or in closest proximity.

Service Animals
Please notify the Box Office at the time of your ticket purchase if you plan to bring a service animal with you so that we can make the best accommodations. Service animals are welcome inside The Classic Center with proper identification and must remain in their harness or on a leash.

Venue Provided Wheelchairs
For individuals who have limited mobility, The Classic Center can provide a wheelchair to transport guests from our Main Lobby to your seats. Upon arriving at the Theatre, please ask a Classic Center staff member or usher for assistance. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with the patron during the event, nor will they allow the guest to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event.

Assisted Listening Devices
For individuals requiring hearing assistance, please notify the nearest Classic Center usher to be provided an assisted listening device.

Signed Performances
Please notify the Box Office of the need for signed performances to allow time to coordinate.
