GROUP POLICIES AND
PROCEDURES

Group Discount: The Classic Center has a standard group discount of 10 percent on the purchase of 15 or more tickets.

Group discounts only available on all shows presented by The Classic Center, unless otherwise notified.

Deposit and Tentative Group List: Due at the box office 30 days prior to show date ($100.00 minimum deposit to hold seats in increments of 15).

Final Payment and Final Group List: Due at the box office 14 days prior to show date Note: If you add additional people to your group’s list after the final count is received, we cannot gurantee that those added will be able to sit with your group.

Reception: To include with your group’s trip a private wine and cheese pre-show reception, please add an additional $10.00 per person to the ticket price. (Your reception is private, and is separate from the Cultural Foundation reception.)

Private Coach Transportation: Can be arranged at an additional cost of $16.00 per person, based on 44 passengers (30 days' notice required).

Cancellations: no refunds or exchanges.
