How can I choose which seats I buy?

Internet purchases assign seats automatically by 'best available' within a given price range. Specific seats may be purchased by calling the box office or visiting the box office in person.

My seats appear to skip a number, are they together?

The seats are odd numbered in sections 101 and 104. The seats are even numbered in 103 and 106.

I am hearing impaired, do I need to sit in specific area to be able to hear?

No. Supplemental hearing devices that are wirelessly connected directly to our sound system are available from our ushers upon request.

What do I do if I need to purchase accessible seating and/or require seating assistance considerations due to physical limitations (crutches, wheelchair bound, etc.)?

Please come to the window or call the Box Office directly so you can speak with a representative before you buy your tickets so we may best assist you in advance. Please explain the nature of your needs and whether you are partially impaired and can maneuver independently as needed, or if you are fully bound to a wheelchair or other motorized assistance device. Also, be sure to discuss whether you intend to come to an event with a companion that needs to sit with you. The Theatre will do everything it can, based on availability, to accommodate your ticketing needs if known in advance.

Will I have to pay to park to attend a show/concert?

Event parking costs vary by event and depend upon on what lot and area you choose to park in and who controls that specific lot/deck. Parking in The Classic Center Parking Deck will require up to a $5.00 cash fee per vehicle, though sometimes the parking is included in the ticket prices.

What happens if I arrive late to a show?

To cause the least amount of disruption to the performance and to other patrons, if you arrive late you'll be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Depending on the show, you might not be seated in your assigned seats until intermission. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to showtime in order to ensure that you'll be able to visit the bar/concession area and find your seats before the show starts.

What is the policy on cell phones and beepers in the Theatre?

The ringing, vibrating or light from a cell phone/beeper can be distracting for both the audience and the performers. If you bring a cell phone or beeper into the Theatre, please turn it off before the performance begins. If you need to use your phone during the show, including sending a text message, please do so in the lobby areas or at intermission.

May I arrange a personal or group tour of the Theatre?

The Classic Center Theatre welcomes tours for patrons of all ages! Please contact us in advance to schedule a tour for yourself or your group. In order to ensure the safety of all patrons on a tour, we ask that all persons attending a tour wear long pants and closed-toed shoes.

Are cameras and/or video recording devices permitted at shows/concerts?

Photography is often allowed for concerts and other events if the show or artist permits. For events allowing cameras into the theatre, the policy is as follows: only non-professional, non-flash, point-and-shoot type cameras will be allowed. Video recording is rarely allowed, including video clip recording on personal cameras or phones. Please note that photography is never permitted during Broadway shows. If you have concerns about a specific show, please call the Box Office the day of the show at 706.357.4444 to get the latest information. Also, we will attempt to post this information on the event detail listing on the Theatre page of our website, www.ClassicCenter.com whenever possible.
