Patron Information & Guidelines

Accessible Seating
Patrons purchasing accessible seating are welcome to purchase one companion seat in the same row if availability exists. Should the need for accessible seating arise after your ticket purchase, please call the Box Office at 706.357.4444. We are happy to make the necessary arrangements for you to attend the event in a comfortable and enjoyable manner.

Service Animals
Service animals are welcome inside The Classic Center with proper identification and must remain in their harness or on a leash. Please notify the Box Office that you have a service animal when you arrive so that we are best able to accommodate you.

Venue Provided Wheelchairs
For individuals who have limited mobility, The Classic Center can provide a wheelchair to transport guests from our Main Lobby to your seats. Upon arriving at the Theatre, please ask a Classic Center staff member or usher for assistance. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with the patron during the event, nor will they allow the guest to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event.

Assisted Listening Devices
For individuals requiring hearing assistance, please notify the nearest Classic Center usher to be provided an assisted listening device.

Etiquette
For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, we ask everyone to abide by the following guidelines:
  • Professional photography is not permitted
  • Electronic devices larger than a cell phone are not permitted
  • No backpacks, computer bags, camera bags or briefcases
  • Outside food and beverage is not permitted
  • Weapons of any kind are not permitted
  • Underage consumption of alcoholic beverages and facilitating underage consumption will not be tolerated
  • No smoking or utilizing vape inside the venue. Designated smoking areas will be available.
