Hospitality Careers Academy

The Hospitality Careers Academy is a wonderful summer opportunity for students who are pursuing careers in hospitality and tourism. During this week long opportunity taking place at The Hyatt Hotel in Athens, GA, students will get a chance to listen to and interact with guest speakers in the industry, including Chick-Fil-A. They will also get to participate in job shadowing and industry tours and take part in team building and leadership activities. These activities will assist students with a capstone project that integrates the skills and information the students have gained throughout the week, by executing a real event for over 200 guests. The team of students will be responsible for creating and executing the event themselves with the guidance of our mentors.
