Ice Skating is coming back to the Classic City.

ATHENS, Ga. – It’s time to lace up your boots and grab your favorite sweater because ice skating is returning soon to the Akins Ford Arena at The Classic Center.

Grab your ticket now to get ready for the season. The rink will be indoors from November 24 – January 8 and will move outdoors to the 440 Foundry Pavilion from January 27 – February 23. Skate sessions are 90 minutes of fun at only $13 per ticket. Groups of ten or more are eligible for $10 tickets. Want to skate regularly all season? Then grab a season pass for just $100 that will last from November through February! All tickets include skate rental (and smiles) for the session.

Interested in volunteering for the rink and being a part of the fun? Nonprofit organizations can sign up for dates to volunteer through The Classic Center Cultural Foundation. Not only can your organization’s members have a blast, but they can earn money for their philanthropies at the same time. Email Foundation@ClassicCenter.com for more information on how to be involved.

Dates, times, and indoor/outdoor locations subject to change.
