Athens Local Receives 30 under 30 Award

ATHENS, Ga – The International Association of Venue Managers selects a class of 30 venue professionals under 30 years of age to be recognized each year. This year The Classic Center is honored to have one of its own among the recipients.

Abigail Bergman, event planner at The Classic Center, was among the 30 recipients awarded in the IAVM Class of 2023. The competitive selection process chooses 30 of the industry's brightest and most talented individuals and rewards them with increased access and networking and year-round continued education.

  • IAVM represents public assembly venues worldwide, from convention centers to stadiums to auditoriums. 
  • Abigail has joined the ranks of several employees at The Classic Center who are 30 under 30 graduates. Danny Bryant was a member of IAVM’s inaugural class of 2015, Beth Bryant, 2017; Haley Fort, 2020; and Tim DeMott, 2020.
  • IAVM’s 30 under 30 program recognizes emerging leaders and their talents, helping accelerate the industry and carry it into the future.
